Edmond has a total of 36 years management experience at senior corporate level, serving in Africa and the United Kingdom; of which:
10 years in Accounting and Auditing, 15 years in project finance structuring, sovereign and commercial debt restructuring and export trade finance, 20 years in entrepreneurial and senior management, serving on various boards in Zambia and the United Kingdom.
Edmond worked for then Coopers and Lybrand and the then Century Holdings Group of Companies as Group Chief Internal Auditor, before going
into commercial market and served on a number of corporate boards as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He migrated to the United Kingdom and served as director and Associate in export trade and private equity and fund management firm in the city.
He holds a degree in Economics, ICSA and ACCA from Southwest London College of Accountancy and Faculty of Secretaries from Guildford Business College, Surrey, England.Edmond returned to Zambia in 2008, to lead a Nine Million Dollar investment in the Copper Contract Mining space on a four year contract, on behalf of a foreign consortium, starting the company from inception. Mr. Chisanga worked as advisor / consultant to the Government of Zambia (Ministry of Finance 2009 to 2011), in the development of the Public Private Partnership Program and specific to the Toll Roads Development.
Specific to Corporate advisory, corporate restructuring, due diligence, business plans, business strategy and fundraising, Edmond has lead and participated in the various programs.
